Project Summary
Completed in 2024, the new home of Rocky’s Solar and Electrical, shortly followed by neighbouring tenant Nurse on Call, is a commercial development project in Sale, Victoria, providing purpose-built facilities for local businesses. The development includes modern commercial spaces designed to support office and service-based operations.
Flanagan Constructions was responsible for delivering the structural concrete works for the project, along with site management through to the lock-up stage. The scope included the construction of all structural concrete elements and the coordination of site activities to ensure efficient progress through the early stages of construction and the completion of the building envelope.
