Residential Townhouse Development - Wellington Shire & Latrobe City
Project Summary
Since 2021, Flanagan Constructions is delivering a series of residential townhouse developments across key locations within Wellington Shire and Latrobe City, including Wurruk, Sale, Stratford and Traralgon. Working in partnership with the State Government authority Homes Victoria, the program focuses on increasing housing supply within the region through well-designed, practical residential developments. Across the sites, 71 new homes have been sold with 18 currently underway.
Through this program, Flanagan Constructions has taken on the role of developer, project manager and builder, overseeing each stage from initial tender submission and planning approvals through to construction delivery. The developments include the 10-townhouse Irwin Street project in Wurruk, completed in 2024; additional townhouse developments in Sale and Stratford; and the larger 36-townhouse project in Traralgon, currently progressing through the planning process, with construction scheduled to commence in late 2026.
Project Outcome
These developments contribute significantly to the delivery of new housing within regional Victoria, demonstrating Flanagan Constructions’ capability to manage government-supported residential projects from planning and approvals through to construction and delivery.
