Dundas Street Residential Development  

Project Summary

Completed in 2022, the Dundas Street Residential Development is a dual-occupancy project located in Sale, Victoria. The original 1019m² allotment, which contained a single dwelling built in 1952, was subdivided into two separate lots to deliver a well-planned residential outcome within an established area.

Flanagan Constructions managed the project as developer, project manager and builder, overseeing the subdivision, full renovation of the existing front dwelling and construction of a new residence to the rear. The front home was transformed into a modern, functional residence, while the newly constructed dwelling at the rear mirrors the layout and quality finishes, providing a cohesive and high-quality development outcome.

The completed development maximises the use of the original site, delivering two high-quality homes and demonstrating Flanagan Constructions’ capability in managing residential developments from subdivision through to construction and completion.
